Returns/exchange Policy

  1. Only products with manufacturing defect or products damaged during the shipping process will be subjected to return or replacement only after submitting the valid proof of such manufacturing defects or damage during shipment.
  2. To return or replace such items a request email shall be sent to support@psautopartsonline.com, within 30 days of date  purchase.
  3. After 30 days from date of delivery, we won’t be able to accept any request for return or replacement.
  4. To be eligible for an exchange,
    • Item(s) must be unused.
    • Item(s) shall be in the original condition.
    • Item(s) shall be in the original packaging as it was received from us.
    • Item(s) shall be with original receipt.
    • Item(s) different from what was ordered.
  5. Items not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Item(s) has been used.
    • Item(s) has damaged, torn, oiled, or grease.
    • Item(s) not in the original condition.
    • Item(s) not in the original packaging as received from us.
    • Item(s) not with original receipt.
    • Item(s) returned after 30 days of date of delivery.

Payment of the Returned Items

  • Payment for approved returns will be refunded through the same mode that was used to pay for the purchase.
  • Payment refund will be initiated after the approval of the return.
  • Payment refund process will be completed in 10-21 days.
  • Only the amount of the product will be refund.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please Note

If you think you have received a wrong product, don’t open it and communicate the issue to us with the Photos of the product before returning it.

Do not try to install the product your-self as it could damage the product and could also lead to a physical injury to you. Also it will void the warranty on the product. Always get it install from a reputed vendor/professional to avoid such issues.
